Managing Director
Gary Moore is an accomplished construction management professional and Managing Director with 40 years' experience delivering projects across the construction environment. Throughout his career, he has held senior management positions on a wide range of schemes, from large-scale corporate projects to private contracts, bringing a practical, hands-on approach to every stage of delivery.
Known for leading by example, Gary combines strong commercial awareness with an uncompromising commitment to quality. His leadership style is built on clear direction, high standards, and a drive to ensure that each project is completed efficiently, professionally, and to the expectations of clients and stakeholders.
Gary's reputation is founded on his ability to deliver high-quality finishes while maintaining control of programme, budget, and workmanship. He takes pride in building effective teams, solving challenges on site, and ensuring that quality remains central from planning through to completion.
He leads by example, with an uncompromising focus on quality and delivery. His commitment consistently results in high-quality finishes, completed on time and within budget.
As Managing Director, Gary continues to apply his extensive industry knowledge and disciplined approach to project delivery, supporting successful outcomes for clients and maintaining the standards that have defined his career.
Christon Burrows
Director
Christon qualified as a Barrister-at-Law in 1996 and has spent the last 30 years in the finance industry. In 2009, he set up a credit hedge fund manager with partners and helped raise over $3 billion of assets from institutional investors. Christon now focuses his time on financing and investing in property transactions and managing his private investments.
David Stone
Construction Director
With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, David has overseen and delivered more than 100 houses, barns and exclusive apartments across Surrey, Hampshire and Sussex, with a combined value exceeding £200 million.
David has built his reputation on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail and a practical understanding of how exceptional homes are delivered properly. His approach combines traditional construction values with modern residential standards.
