Fleet, Hampshire
A new-build residential scheme in Fleet comprising two separate apartment blocks for a developer client, one with six 2-bedroom apartments and the other with four 1-bedroom apartments. A traditional build with a high-quality finish externally, using red brick with cedar cladding and standing-seam zinc detailing to the gables.
Delivered from demolition through to Practical Completion under a standard JCT contract, with our usual approach: fixed pricing, a managed subcontractor network, and regular progress reporting throughout.
Penny Court
Farnborough, Hampshire
A new-build residential scheme in Farnborough for a block of eleven 1-bedroom starter home apartments, delivered for a developer client. Timber frame construction, delivered from demolition through to Practical Completion under a standard JCT contract.
Great Oaks
Tongham, Surrey
A development of six detached properties ranging from 3 to 5 bedrooms, each with a single or double attached garage, built for a developer client under a standard JCT contract.
The contract included demolition, site set-up, traditional build construction, and hard and soft landscaping, with mains services provisioned for future development.
Hurstfold Farm
Fernhurst, West Sussex
A development of ten new-build houses arranged in a horseshoe layout, imitating a traditional farmstead, on a ten-acre site within the South Downs National Park. Properties range from 3-bedroom cottages to a 6-bedroom, 5,000 sqft farmhouse with 5 acres of paddock and gardens, plus a barn-style oak-framed property of 4,000 sqft with a 2-acre paddock and gardens.
Delivered for a developer client under a JCT contract from demolition of the existing farm buildings through to Practical Completion, with traditional construction and one oak-framed property, plus extensive hard and soft landscaping.
Particular challenges included diverting a public footpath through the middle of the site, achieved in partnership with the South Downs National Park, and planting 70 mature trees to screen a neighbouring light industrial park.
Carder Croft
Steep, Hampshire
A development of three detached properties with attached garages, circa 2,600 sqft each, on a sloping site, for a developer client. Delivered under a standard JCT contract from demolition to Practical Completion, including hard and soft landscaping, with level gardens achieved by constructing large retaining walls.
First occupiers moved in within 10 months of contracts being signed.
Opie Gardens
Liss, Hampshire
A development of five detached, stone-clad houses with distinctive grey aluminium windows, set within the walled gardens of the main house. Undertaken with the developer on a joint venture basis, with construction delivered as a cost-plus contract.
The houses ranged from 3 to 5 bedrooms and were all sold off-plan, with buyers able to choose their own kitchen and bathroom finishes.
